Finns Fickle Goods was created when my husband, Josh, surprised me with a heavy duty sewing machine for Christmas in 2014. Research and development or "R&D" as we say, plays a constant part in this business. Developing something that is not only creative & unique but of top quality doesn't happen overnight. I started creating goods, setting up at shows and developing and honing in on my style more and more. My goods are created with a fickle heart, ever changing.
My mom and dad both are very creative minded. I suppose being creative and having a DIY mentality is in my blood.
I have one son, Finn. He is such an inspiration to me. Care free, funny, smart, & creative. The goods created are truly inspired by him.
All of our products are crafted with an obsessive attention to detail.
A little behind the brand…
Kristen is the head maker at Finns Fickle Goods. Being a maker has been bred into her genetic makeup. Both parents are very artistic and have always been able to creatively improvise. Kristen’s husband, Joshua, is the maker behind the scenes that miraculously gives life to her visions. He engineers the show setup and props and lends a creative and reinforcing hand to all the goods made and produced.
We started Finns fickle goods to provide quality, authentically designed & affordable goods that will last you a lifetime.
Kristen & Joshua have a son, Finn who is now 7. When thinking of a business name it was important to them that they include their son in every product, whether that meant literally with his help &/or in just a name.
In 2018, FFG added a new team member, Autumn, she is now an essential part to the makings of all the goods.
Finns Fickle Goods have had their share of setbacks and failures but they can confidently say that they have triumphed over these setbacks and proudly produce a sound product that you too can be proud of wearing.
All goods are handmade in America. We work with local leather shops to help support “local”. We also can now provide a lifetime guarantee on all of our main staple leather goods.
As of 2018, we donate 10% of all net profits to local non-profits of our choice.
We aren’t just another bag business. We are hardworking folks like you hand-making beautiful quality products that will serve your needs.
