SHIPPING + RETURNS
All items are made, packed & shipped with care from our studio in Ohio.
We typically ship USPS Priority mail.
Some goods may take up to 2 weeks to be made. If this is something you need quickly please make a note in the “note to maker” section of your order, in the checkout page.
You will receive your tracking number once your goods ship out.

F.F. Goods are small batch makers, nothing is mass produced or outsourced to be completed.
Each piece takes time and effort to produce by our very small team.
We appreciate & love that each piece is one of a kind but understand that it may not work for everyone. Due to our made to our process, we cannot accept returns for refund.
Instead, we can happily offer exchanges or give you store credit.
If you need to exchange, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us.
Please reach out to us if you would like to swap out for a different style, or different item altogether.
Once we receive your goods and they are in the same condition as we sent them, we will exchange or confirm your store credit.
